Feathered Friends-Busy Beak

Paper bagels are made of layers upon layers of paper. It’s time consuming to peel off the bagel completely. Yet time is what the parrot has when being left alone in the cage. When feeling bored, parrots like Cockatos, African Greys and Macaws would pluck their feathers until they are completely gone. Providing toys that they can shred and chew helps to keep their clever mind occupied and eliminates negative behaviors. The colored wooden pieces in the bagel also help to keep the bird's beak healthy and trim.
